About Us

Brian is an architect with extensive construction experience.  He brings knowledge of new construction, renovation, additions, and rehabilitation of real estate.  In addition Brian has been trained in the foreclosure, pre-foreclosure and short sale process.  He has experience in working with lenders on financing of projects.   

Celia is an experienced property manager who has been involved in real estate for twelve years. 

Together they have a combined 40 years of experience in the design, construction and management of real estate.
